CPA- Certified Public Account Exam

The CPA exam is also referred to as the Uniform CPA examination, the exam is set up to protect public interest by ensuring that only Certified and qualified professional Accountants are licensed in the field of Accounting.  Business Environment and Concept is a major part of the CPA exam and this course training will teach learners the accounting principles applicable to the general Business environment. Individuals undergoing this training will know the implications of different accounting practices on Business transactions, and they will learn the skills required to perform financial statement audits as well as other functions required by a certified CPA.

Auditing and Attestation is another major component of the CPA exam where candidates are tested for their knowledge on auditing procedures, standards , and accounting ethics. A course training in this area will teach learners will teach learners how to handle professional accounting responsibilities, auditing standards and auditing ethics.

“Regulation” is a course module under the CPA certification that teaches learners the knowledge of key accounting components such as Federal taxation, and Business laws.

  The CPA exam is in 4 stages, there are a total of 14 hours required to complete the exam ; Auditing and Attestation{ 4 hours}, Financial Accounting and Reporting { 4 hours}, Regulation { 3 hours}, and Business Environment and Concepts{ 3 hours}. The exam structure is such as that , 60% of it are Multiple choice questions, and the remaining 40% covers task based simulations such as Case studies.
